What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wicksintimates.com.
If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you include invoices in the parcel?
No. Your order confirmation and receipt are sent via email only.
2. Delivery & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
If you're somewhere else in the world and would like to order Wicks, please email us at hello@wicksintimates.com. We may be able to add shipping to your country.
We're a small independent brand, which means we can often be surprisingly flexible. Wherever we can help, we will.
Australia
- Express (1–4 business days): $18
- Standard (2–8 business days), orders up to $100 AUD: $10
- Full-price orders over $100 AUD: Free
New Zealand
- Standard international (6–27 business days): $18
- Full-price orders over $100 NZD: Free
USA
Shipping is available to the USA. Depending on current laws, there may be surcharges due to tariffs.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
3. Tracking & Exchanges
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can also contact us with your order number if you need assistance.
How do I exchange something?
Email hello@wicksintimates.com with your order number and we'll help arrange your size exchange.Â
4. Returns & First Order Guarantee
Do you accept returns?
Yes for faulty items. Faulty items that are unworn and can be returned within 30 days with all original packaging and tags.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn underwear.
First-time customers are also covered by our First Order Guarantee.
What is the First Order Guarantee?
We know buying underwear online can be tricky.
If the first pair you try isn't quite right, we'll exchange it for another size or style free of charge. You only pay the return postage.
How do I arrange an exchange?
Email hello@wicksintimates.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to exchange.

Who is Wicks designed for?
Wicks is designed for women at different stages of life, but we specialise in creating underwear for mature and changing bodies.
Our customers include women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, postpartum changes, everyday moisture and light bladder leaks — as well as women who simply want beautiful underwear that's exceptionally comfortable.
You don't need to have leaks to wear Wicks. Our All Day Fresh range is designed to be worn as your everyday underwear.
What sizes do you offer?
Wicks is available from 2XS to 5XL and in some cases 6XL.
Each product page includes individual sizing and fit notes.
And if it's your first Wicks order, you're covered by our First Order Guarantee, so finding your Wicks fit is easier.

What is the All Day Fresh range?
All Day Fresh is our take on better everyday underwear.
Each pair contains a discreet absorbent layer without a waterproof barrier. This helps manage everyday moisture from perspiration, discharge, hot days, exercise, ovulation or most commonly, life's unexpected little leaks.
All Day Fresh pieces also feature moisture-wicking, antimicrobial and anti-odour protection and are lined in GOTS-certified organic cotton.
They're designed to help you feel comfortable and fresh throughout the day while looking and feeling like beautiful lingerie.
All Day Fresh is not leak-proof. If you need greater protection for bladder leaks or other fluid, choose one of our leak-proof styles.
What's the difference between All Day Fresh and leak-proof Wicks?
All Day Fresh is designed primarily for everyday freshness. It contains one absorbent layer but no waterproof barrier.
Leak-proof Wicks includes additional absorbency and a waterproof barrier for greater protection against light bladder leaks. They can also be worn for other absorbency needs such as period protection.
Both are designed to look and feel like lingerie rather than traditional functional underwear.
Which absorbency should I choose?
Your needs are personal, so choose the level of protection that feels right for you.
- All Day Fresh: Everyday freshness, perspiration, discharge and life's very little leaks. Not waterproof.
- Moderate absorbency: Approximately 15mL capacity for light bladder leaks and other moderate absorbency needs.
- High absorbency: Approximately 30mL capacity for greater protection, including heavier bladder leaks.

Can Wicks help with light bladder leaks?
Yes. Wicks offers different levels of discreet protection for light bladder leaks.
Our leak-proof styles contain a waterproof barrier and varying levels of absorbency. Check the individual product description to choose the level that's appropriate for you.
If you're experiencing new, unexplained or worsening bladder leakage, we recommend discussing it with a healthcare professional rather than simply managing the symptom.
Can I wear Wicks during perimenopause or menopause?
Absolutely. Many of the features built into Wicks can become particularly useful as our bodies change.
Our pieces combine soft GOTS-certified organic cotton linings with moisture-wicking, antimicrobial and anti-odour protection. Different styles also offer everyday absorbency or greater leak-proof protection.
Higher-waisted and fuller-coverage styles are available for women whose fit preferences change over time.
Are Wicks period underwear?
Wicks leak-proof styles can be used for menstrual flow, they will work for this use-case.
That said, we design beautiful, functional lingerie primarily for mature and changing bodies.
Our customers wear Wicks for everyday freshness, perspiration, discharge, light bladder leaks, periods and simply because they love the comfort and fit.
How do you create your product imagery?
Our campaign photography is created through traditional photoshoots and is minimally retouched.
Some product imagery is created with the assistance of AI so we can represent Wicks on a wider range of bodies. These images are developed using real product imagery as reference, and we only publish imagery that accurately represents the product.
6. Wash & Care
How do I wash Wicks Intimates?
- Pre-wash before your first wear.
- If your Wicks have absorbed more than a small amount of fluid, rinse in cold water after wear.
- Machine wash cold with a mild detergent.
- Don't use bleach or fabric softener.
- Avoid high heat.
- While you can tumble dry your Wicks, they will last longer if you air dry.
- We recommend using a laundry bag to support the longevity of your Wicks.
How long will my Wicks last?
With appropriate care, Wicks pieces are designed for repeated, long-term wear. Just like regular underwear.
Gentle washing and air drying will help preserve delicate fabrics, elastic and the waterproof layer in leak-proof styles.
7. Materials, Manufacturing & Sustainability
What materials do you use?
Every Wicks piece is lined in GOTS-certified organic cotton.
Depending on the style, we also use carefully selected OEKO-TEX-certified, recycled and deadstock fabrics. We make conscientious choices at every touchpoint of the business and are always looking for any new ways we can improve.Â
Our priority is creating lingerie that feels beautiful against the body while making considered material choices wherever possible.
Do you use deadstock fabrics?
Where appropriate, yes.
Deadstock is surplus fabric that has already been produced but may otherwise go unused. Using carefully selected deadstock allows us to work with beautiful, high-quality fabrics while making use of existing materials.
What about your packaging?
We keep packaging minimal and make considered choices across the brand, including recycled-card mailers, swing tags and recycled materials in printed collateral where possible.
We're continually reviewing our materials and processes as Wicks grows.
We don't believe responsible business practices should be exceptional. We believe they should be standard.
Where are Wicks products made?
Wicks is designed in Melbourne and responsibly manufactured in Sri Lanka.
We work closely with our manufacturing partners and place considerable importance on working conditions and responsible production. We have ensured all staff at our manufacturers are paid fairly, given adequate breaks, safe working spaces, paid overtime, given holidays and are treated well in their place of work.
We have also spoken to a third party independent HR specialist in Sri Lanka to ensure we understand the cultural differences and how they pertain to workers' wages. Can I stock Wicks in my store?
Yes. We're growing a carefully selected network of retail partners in Australia, New Zealand and internationally.
