What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Orders are processed quickly, so please get in touch immediately if you need a change.
  • Email us at hello@wicksintimates.com and if it’s not sent yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you include invoices in the parcel?

  • No — your order confirmation and receipt are sent via email only.

2. Deliveries & Shipping Info

Where do you ship?

  • We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand.

Australia:

  • Express (1-4 business days): $18
  • Standard (2-8 business days). Orders up to $100AUD: $10
  • Full price orders over $100AUD: Free

New Zealand:

  • Standard international (6-27 business days): $18
  • Full price orders over $100NZD: Free

Will I receive tracking details?

  • Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.

3. Track Order / Return Order

How do I track my order?

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You can also contact us directly with your order number.

How do I return or exchange something?

  • Email us at hello@wicksintimates.com to initiate a return or size exchange.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

  • Yes — unworn, unopened items can be returned within 30 days.
  • First time customers are also eligible for our First Order Guarantee (see next paragraph)
  • We cannot accept worn items for hygiene reasons.

What is the First Order Guarantee?

  • If your first pair isn't quite right, we'll offer an exchange for a different size or style free of charge. You will only pay for the return postage.

How do I arrange an exchange?

  • Contact us at hello@wicksintimates.com with your order number and what you'd like to swap.

What makes Wicks different?

What sizes do you offer?

  • 2XS - 5XL
  • We have expanded our size range so current and future drops will included sizes up to 5XL. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when the new drop lands.
  • Each product page includes sizing notes. And remember, you can buy worry-free with our First Order Guarantee.

How do I choose the right absorbency?

Only you know your absorbency needs intimately. We suggest trying out a few different absorbency levels to get used to what works for you. Or you can always email us if you have any questions. We are always happy to help.

  • Low absorbency: Everyday wear, spotting or end of cycle
  • Moderate absorbency: Light bladder leaks, or regular flow (15mL or 2 tampons equivalence)
  • High absorbency: Light bladder leaks, high flow or overnight (30mL or up to 5 tampons)
  • All Day Fresh: for freshness and everyday wear. One layer of absorbency perfect for long days, sweat, ovulation, travel, very light bladder leaks or just general comfort and freshness. Please remember, All Day Fresh pieces are not waterproof.

What is the All Day Fresh Range?

The All Day Fresh range is a new concept that will change the way you wear underwear. 

  • Pieces in the All Day Fresh range have one absorbent layer, but do not have the waterproof layer. Often used during ovulation, hot days, exercise, or just to stay fresh all day.
  • All Day Fresh pieces are not intended for period management, but rather for other times of your cycle. The All Day Fresh Range is for everyday wear and will be a game-changer in your intimates wardrobe.

Can I wear Wicks Products for perimenopause, menopause, postpartum or as a teen?

  • Absolutely. Our products are soft, breathable, and comfortable. Wicks Intimates are ideal for women of all ages and life stages.

Will Wicks products protect from small bladder leaks?

  • Absolutely. Our products are absorbent and will protect from small bladder leaks. Just note the absorbency levels for each style to understand how much each pair will absorb.

How do you create your product imagery?

  • Our campaign imagery is used in a traditional shoot and is very minimally retouched.
  • Our product images are made using AI. We do this so we can show our products on a range of different bodies. The images are created using real product images in training and we only publish images that truly represent the product.

6. Wash & Care Guide

How do I wash Wicks Intimates?

  • Pre-wash before your first wear. This softens the fabric and activates the product.
  • Rinse in cold water after wear when the product has absorbed more than a few mL.
  • Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
  • No bleach, no fabric softeners.
  • Air dry flat. Avoid tumble drying.
  • Rinse your product after use, then wash using the 100% linen laundry bag included with your order to protect any delicate fabric or mesh detailing.

How long do they last?

  • Wicks is a quality product, so with proper care our products should last over 2 years, usually much longer.
  • Wash gently and air dry to protect the waterproof layer.

7. Social Impact & Sustainability

Are your products eco-friendly?

  • Yes. We replace disposable pads and tampons with reusable, long-lasting lingerie saving many millions of pads and tampons from reaching landfills each year.
  • We use either OEKO-TEX and GOTS-certified fabrics or deadstock.
  • Deadstock is fabric that is left over from big brands that would otherwise go to landfill.  We are proud to use very high quality fabrics that is the waste of large luxury retailers. 
  • Packaging is minimal and recyclable.
  • All touch-points of our brand have been considered: eg our swing tags are made from recycled materials, our mailers are recycled card, even our postcards and branding collateral is considered. 
  • This said, we are also constantly improving and if we find anything that we can improve upon we work to implement those changes quickly as the brand grows and evolves.
  • We don’t believe our business should be overly-praised for our eco-efforts. We believe this is how all business should be conducted.

Are your products ethically made?

  • We are proud to say, absolutely!
  • Our products are designed in Australia and manufactured responsibly in Sri Lanka.
  • We work alongside our partners at Onivja Global Research.
  • We can attest that Onivja staff are paid fairly; work in a space that is safe, light and airy; receive paid leave and paid overtime (ie after 5pm).

9. Absorbency Changeover & Transitions

Can I replace disposables completely with Wicks?

Yes. Many women wear absorbent lingerie for leaks of all kinds as a replacement for single use pads and tampons. If it’s your first time using absorbent lingerie for heavy period management or heavier bladder leaks, you might be comfortable with a transition phase:

  • Start with 2–3 pairs and track how they work for your flow.
  • Take a spare pair if you are going out for longer than a few hours.
  • Use your absorbent lingerie on light or moderate days first to get a feel.
  • The All Day Fresh Range is ideal for everyday wear or between periods.
