Wicks Intimates is born from a desire to redefine intimate wear for modern women and put the wearer first.  

We refer to our pieces as 'absorbent lingerie' rather than 'period underwear', as this reflects our products more accurately. Our pieces aren't just for period care, but are for every time of the month, and for those of us who no longer experience periods too: they are for ovulation, small bladder leaks, and everything in between.

Our mission is to create elegant, absorbent lingerie designed with comfort front of mind. Wicks products are made from soft and eco-friendly fabrics that don’t sacrifice beauty for practicality. We believe we can unlock confidence through comfort with our functional yet feminine pieces.

The founder of Wicks Intimates is Lisa Taylor, a Kiwi living in Melbourne Australia. The idea for the brand was sparked during maternity leave when Lisa couldn't find any comfortable period underwear. Lisa was spurred to address this gap while also providing an alternative to single use feminine hygiene products.

Wicks pieces are designed with the wearer front of mind - it's about us, not the male gaze.

Our product images are made using AI. We do this so we can show our products on a range of different bodies. The images are created using real product images in training and we only publish images that truly represent the product.
