Returns and Exchanges Policy

Exchange guarantee for first time customers:

  • First time customers: if your purchase isn't quite right, we will happily send you another size or style. Just contact us on hello@wicksintimates.com.

Eligible Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene and safety are paramount. We offer returns on the following items:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Faulty items may be returned. (Of course!) Just email hello@wicksintimates.com with details and we will help you with a replacement.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items (excludes first time customers)

For the health and safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Change of mind
  • Worn or used underwear (even if tried on for fit).
  • Products that have been washed or altered.
  • Items missing a receipt (we do have records of orders, so can help you find the order if you can't find your email)
  • Items missing original tags and packaging
  • Final sale items or special promotions.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on hello@wicksintimates.com
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Include photographs where appropriate.
  3. We will respond as soon as possible and will help wherever we can.

Please note:

  • Where possible we will send you a replacement product.
  • Returns are typically processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt.
  • Any refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will fix the error right away at no additional charge.
